Get Out of Your Comfort Zone

As April passes, hopefully, your income taxes or your extensions have been filed, and the spring installments of property taxes have been paid for those who have California properties with taxes that are not impounded. With all of that out of the way, I want to remind you to take some time for yourselves. Life is short. The sun is shining, and flowers are starting to bloom. Don't get too caught up in your real estate hassles. We are here to handle that for you. Spend time with your family and take time to care for yourself.

I would also like to take this moment to challenge everyone to get out of their "comfort zone" this spring. I know it sounds cliche, but I have always found this it is how we all grow.

Nikko, my marketing director, just ran his first half-marathon (13.1 miles) last weekend, which was uncharted territory for him and well out of his comfort zone. We may even encourage him to run the full Long Beach Marathon in October. I may have to run it with him.

I am not known as a daredevil at all, but last week while in Mexico celebrating my lovely wife's birthday I tried something called spinnaker flying which is something WAY out of my comfort zone, and I loved it.

We here at the Mike Dunfee Group would like to encourage you to try something new as well. I have included a picture of Nikko after his half marathon and a video of my flying over the ocean. I hope we encourage you to grow and please know we are here to help you reach all your real estate goals.
